BALTIC SYMPHONY FESTIVAL. THE BALTIC PYRAMIDBaltic music and Tchaikovsky's Serenade

The string section musicians of the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, the Lithuanian State Symphony Orchestra, and the LNSO will all meet on the same stage. Led by conductor Guntis Kuzma, you will hear the enchanted wisdom of Lithuanian composer Šerkšnytė, latticed symbols by Latgalian soundsmith Ivanovs, and Pärt striking ritual bells. In the second part, LNSO’s concertmaster Georg Sarkisjan will be the leader in the performance of Tchaikovsky’s Serenade, which embodies the intricate ideals of Russia’s Silver Age. The famous waltz will carry you away.
