LeNeSOns and Elgar’s Wand of Youth (LV)

550x550_LNSO_Lenesons_JaunaisDirigents_kvadr

Edward writes a few childish small-scale pieces for his relatives in teenage years, and composes some dances while working in the Worcester Lunatic Asylum. Fast forward forty years, a seasoned Elgar adapts his childhood works for an orchestra, turning them into elgaresque chimes, butterflies, fountains, tame and wild bears, fairies and giants, catnaps and bright sunlight.
