Gints Pabērzs is one of the best saxophonists in Latvia. He is versed in many genres and branches of music, and received the Grand Music Award in 2006 for spectacular and creative performance, concert work in Latvia and other countries, CD recordings.

He has performed together with Time After Time and the Riga Saxophone Quartet many times; he has been a soloist in the Blood on the Floor (Mark Anthony Turnage) recording along with The Riga Chamber Players and Normunds Šnē; Gints played in the Māris Briežkalns Quintet, participated in music programmes by Raimonds Pauls, Kārlis Lācis, Jānis Lūsēns and Niks Matvejevs, toured together with the Latvian Radio Big Band and the Schola cantorum Riga.

Currently Gints actively collaborates with Intars Busulis and the Subscription Orchestra.
