If you lose your ticket or leave it at home, you can receive another ticket at the Great Guild Hall box office, provided you have registered your name and surname at the point of purchase. Please do not leave it to the last moment, as issuing a new ticket takes some time. Unfortunately, a new ticket cannot be printed if you have not provided your personal details at the time of purchase. We therefore encourage you to register your purchase with your name and surname.
If your companion is late, please give their ticket to the ticket control staff and state their name.
If you wish to present the artists with flowers, you can leave them with the cloakroom attendants. They will place the flowers in water during the concert and ensure that they are given to the proper artist on stage after the concert.
