On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the box-office is open one hour before the concert.
If you lose your ticket or leave it at home, you can receive another ticket at the Great Guild Hall box office, provided you have registered your name and surname at the point of purchase. Please do not leave it to the last moment, as issuing a new ticket takes some time. Unfortunately, a new ticket cannot be printed if you have not provided your personal details at the time of purchase. We therefore encourage you to register your purchase with your name and surname.
If your companion is late, please give their ticket to the ticket control staff and state their name.
If you wish to present the artists with flowers, you can leave them with the cloakroom attendants. They will place the flowers in water during the concert and ensure that they are given to the proper artist on stage after the concert.

Technical assistance for people with reduced mobility is not available at the Great Guild Hall.
In case of lost cloakroom tag please inform the cloakroom attendants. Penalty for a lost cloakroom tag is 7.10 EUR.
For school pupils, students and pensioners 30% discount.
At the day of the concert one hour before the venue for students and young adults until the age of 25 ticket price 5 EUR.
Each concert ticket and e-ticket contains a special QR code which gives a 30% discount for car parking in EuroPark parking garage “Jēkaba Arkāde” on the day of the concert. To receive it, scan the code at the pay-machine during payment process.
